Tried to buy a backpack and staff members were rude and unprofessional. Almost walked out mid conversation. Was so mad I took a 20 min trip uptown just to spend my $200 bucks else where.
Customer service was top notch. The only problem that I had was they didn't have a very large inventory of products. Aside from that, great people and store.
Absolute worst customer service in the market. I will never shop here or recommend this company to anyone else.
When I was in NY...I had lost my eye piece for my Canon 100D camera, so I needed a replacement and some other things too! K&M helped me with all of my needs and more. Their customer service is first rate and they actually do care about helping you and making sure you're making the right purchases!! Best camera store in NYC ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
