I wish it was possible to rate this place -5. I returned an item and was told theyβd process the return and that Iβd have my money within 2-3 business days. 3 days went by so I called and was told Iβd have to wait at least 10 business days. 10 business days went by so I called again and was told that the person who does returns didnβt even process my return. Horrible horrible service.Β
Denise sold me a camera a few weeks ago and I was absolutely floored by her knowledge and expertise. Despite not being sure about what I wanted, she patiently walked me through all of my options for my specific needs and made me feel at ease. Since then, I have completely fallen in love with my purchase. I cannot thank the people in k&m enough, especially Denise. She was a diamond in the rough.Β
οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ Waiting since last week on a $2,000 refund as I had wrongfully over paid. Have not seen or heard anything from them that it has been refunded. Buyers beware!Β
