We just had sliding glass doors installed. The product itself is excellent and we are extremely satisfied with the doors. The installers were exceptional friendly, very neat and clean. They went above and beyond making sure installation was perfect and did exceptionally good caulking giving the job a great looking and watertight finish. Christian, the sales rep., was exceptional as well going above and beyond answering our many questions. He has excellent communication skills and returned our calls very quickly
So happy with my new windows! The quality of the windows was even nicer than I expected. The gentlemen really paid attention to detail and everything that was discussed at the time of purchase and order was carried out. Customer service was excellent. Thank You K Line Impact Windows and Doors.
The windows are beautiful and most importantly the customer service was excellent. The installers were professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job! The installers cleaned up everything as they went and were kind and polite! K Line should be proud to have them as employees! Kudos to Andre and Jonah for a fantastic installation!
