Started job on June 13th and still haven't completed as of July 15th. We were told everything would be done in a week. Also we were led to believe that the installer would finish up the work the same day as the inspection. This has not been the case as of the writing of this review.
Absolutely awful experience. Do NOT hire K Line Impact Windows & Doors. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional, disorganized company. From start to finish, this was a nightmare. The installation team and site manager had zero communication. At one point, they disappeared for 8 HOURS, leaving a gaping hole where my window used to be—completely open to the elements, unsecured. I am so glad we chose K-Line Windows & Doors to upgrade our windows to impact. Their pricing was significantly less for the same windows than other estimates & their payment terms 50% at order, 45% after installation & 5% after final inspection are ethically & customarily standard. Others wanted payment in full prior to installation. And the quality of their in house installers was first class.
