I had KLine come out measure and give me a quote. I accepted the quote then they sent a technician out to measure again so they could order the windows. On December 5 they came in demoed the front of my house to take out all of the windows before measuring the windows they had on the truck and come to find out. The windows were too big. They installed the window with foam and sticks until they could get the other windows in. It is January 28 and I haven’t heard from the company since January 9.
