Everyone seems so unhappy with what they are doing. No one smiles, or talks to you. The owner may greet you with a smile, but the son appears disinterested and bored. Last appointment's French manicure was uneven, slanted and totally unacceptable.
I really wanted to support the family business. However, when the two year-old grandson was running around jumping on his father and demanding a lot of attention while he’s trying to do nails, it was ridiculous. Finally they put on a loud children’s movie for him to watch which helped. Then the grandmother received a phone call and she took it holding it in her ear working on my husband‘s Pedicure. Her call lasted probably 10 minutes which we found to be very distracting and rude.
This family business is worth a visit; top notch service for both manicures and pedicures! Highly recommend
