The roof destroyed the interior living room ceiling due to the managements neglect to properly fix the roof. The interior repair was 1/2 completed & looks horrible. We have tried to resolve this matter with KL management directly at the association since June of this year. We have received few responses back & when he actually did respond, he simply stated this is not his responsibility. I’m an owner at Grand Central Square apartments who has never had a good experience with this company. I always get a rude response, condescension and a “who cares” attitude. All while being told to voice my complaints to the Board of Directors. Currently waiting to hear back from the President and VP. Florida is under a heat advisory and they decided to jack up our HOA fees, and then destroy the pool before summer. It STILL isn’t fixed and all residents are without a pool. This company doesn't exist!!! They are the manager of Grand Central Square condos, it's neighbors from my home, and there's trees needing trim, the fences are falling apart. I'm trying to talk with the manager from the building before the hurricane season begins, but it's impossible. The worst service on management.
