almost every time ive been to K&K the lady who owns it usually does my nails and does an amazing job but the guy decided to do my nails the day BEFORE my winter dance and screwed up every single one of nails. some of my nails are rounded and some are sharp and square, and the painting is terrible. they're all different lengths as well and when i decided to ask for them to fix them, they just filed them even shorter and screwed all of them up. ive never been this disappointed of my nails. i would not recommend this nail salon... read more
Terrible job doing my nails! All my nails on one hand are very dull, almost matte. There are scratches all under the gel because she took off my old nails and used the dremmel but didn't use a nail file to buff out the scratches. You can see my natural tip if my nail under the gel too. (I got an overlay with a white tip). And I was over charged. I would not recommend this place. This is the second time I've received bad work from here. I won't be returning.
I went there for over a year loved it new owners took over and custmer service is terrible ! Won't go back !
I will never go back there again!!!! I was a loyal customer until the rude new owners took over. I walk in and they act like I am bothering them.
Amazing best place to go in town
