Terrible experience. While showing me his gun, he accidentally aimed it at me and laughed when I told him never to point a firearm at anyone, loaded or not. I spent an hour in his store choosing a ring, agreed on a price, and planned to return Monday with cash... only for him to say his supplier was closed. Wost customer service two weeks and left some watches and never got to them said he had to order batteries. Took forever to find them.
Kevin has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never answers the phone, and when he did he said he would call me back. He never did. He was supposed to do a repair for me and I called him when he told me to check in a few days later. He had no recollection of doing a repair for me. I eventually just told him to not touch them and I came to pick them up.
If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. Please do not bring your jewelry here. I dropped my rings off to get resized and he told me it would be 2 weeks. A month goes by and after numerous dodged phone calls, I show up to the store to get an update. He pulls my rings out of the back and asks if I want to take them back with me. No apologies, no reasons, nothing.
Owner has a terrible attitude. Left a family heirloom with this shop to repair and it took 6 months to get back, and the repair failed immediately the first use. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
