We stopped by on our way back from the beach, on a Saturday afternoon. We had seen amazing pictures & reviews of their colassal shakes.... so curious!!! The line was down the block. Numerous staff members greeted guests on the sidewalk & updated everyone to the wait. The shakes were delicious and our experience will have us coming back soon....YUM!!!
It was wonderful, great snack and great atmosphere.
My boys love the Kollasal milkshakes. The place is so adorable. I love to see small businesses successful :) Yes it is busy but they are doing a fantastic job making the wait minimal. They have created parking beside and behind the building as well as street parking which has really helped.
DO NOT give this company your business! We didn't even get the opportunity to eat here after driving 45 minutes! If I could give 0 stars I would just for the customer service. We got there before their closing time of 6pm. There was a line and they cut it off at us. I explained to the young girl that we'd driven 45 minutes just to try them. Love this place ..... very good milkshakes and cupcakes .... nice place ..... I gave 4 stars because they need a bigger space ... lines out the store while it is hot is not my cup of tea ..... not enough sitting .... customers were outside sitting on the sidewalk ......they work extremely hard to get the orders out so I will continue to come bc I'm extremely happy to see a black business doing so well and have great customer service and great product 😍

It was amazing and the service was excellent. The owners daughters were working so hard and provided the highest level of professionalism and customer service one could expect. In fact, their 8 year old could teach other businesses on customer service. We plan to order our next event cake from them. It was worth the drive from Bibb County. Will be back!!
I had the Original Shake - a cookie & a brownie in a milkshake, with a cherry on top! It was huge and delicious. Customer service was stellar - the little girl (I'm sorry, I didn't catch anyone's name) has a better work ethic than some adults. I will absolutely be back! Cons/Tips - 1.
