I was super interested in having a cake made by them. I sent them a message on fb asking how far in advance I would need to make the order. My message was looked at, but just ignored. I get being busy, but if u aren't taking orders you could at least respond with that, however that doesn't appear to be the case. I guess they just didn't want my buisness for whatever reason so just ignored my question.

This was the worst experience ever. I will never go back and will not recommend it either. There were no options for ones who do not eat sugar or reduced sugar. When I made a suggestion she was rude. I will take my money and family to Gigi's. Then the seating is horrible and then there is only one restroom. Again

My husband and I drove from Tuscaloosa to try these picturesque creations. Well worth the trip. We went on a Saturday afternoon around noonish. The storefront was easy to find and there was plenty of parking on the street at the time. We also noticed parking on the backside of the shop and some on the side. Yesterday was my first time visiting and I bought 3 cupcakes: strawberry, strawberry lemonade and strawberry cheesecake. They were pretty good. I wish the store was bigger because the line was out the store and I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get inside and I wish that they had a store in Birmingham (where I live☺️) so I can try the strawberry crunch cupcakes.
Great atmosphere and food! We've purchased my granddaughter's birthday cakes from the baker for years and have always been pleased. Keep up the good work!
It was like a piece of heaven in milk shake form! I had the cookie monster & it exceeded my expectations!!! & I must really commend the owners and staff because the day I went they were super busy & giving out free water to the people in line standing outside!
Worth the wait and the drive and the price. Go with the understanding it's a small space with limited seating like most mom/pop shops that are SO good.
This was the worst customer service and nastiest restrooms and the banana milk shake tasted ruin and was so bad I couldn't eat half. It was the worse experience with dessert shoppe. The cupcakes were very bland and none of the kids finished them cuz they thought it was nasty. I would advise anyone thinking of visiting this establishment to go somewhere else.
They were really rude. Our milkshake tasted spoiled and the topping fell off the top of the cup before we got to our seat. We will never go back. Grant it they were really busy but you don't talk to customers like they did to me. I got way to hot standing outside in line and they wouldn't let me stand inside while we waited for our turn
