DO NOT USE! My BRAND NEW home was appraised at $305K TWO YEARS AGO. This company came out and appraised my home at $247K!!! There goes my refinance! And several hundred dollars wasted on a useless appraisal! I submitted a rebuttal with 3 comps from a licensed realtor that showed my property to be WAY ABOVE his $247K value and they denied it! HORRIBLE APPRAISAL COMPANY
