The sales team at Khov is nothing short of spectacular. They helped us through everything we needed including with then process of selling our previous house. People need to understand what’s going on through the entire process of building a home and these guys do that for you from start to finish. Our experience has been great so far and we’re very excited about our new home.

I am retired and this is my dream home. When my realtor introduced me to Monica at Hovnanian she was all smiles and happy to sell me a home. Over time (one month) she and others have helped me make beautiful decisions for my new place.

So far everything from the buying experience to the ground breaking has been wonderful. We are retirees and this is our first new construction home. Monica in the sales office was a tremendous help and gave suggestions as we went through picking options. She is so nice and always helpful. Many suggestions she made were things we would not have thought of and would have kicked ourselves later for missing! Jocelyn at the design center was also great. We are very excited to move into our new home in Village Glen. Monica Brown has been absolutely amazing. She answers all our questions, whether in person or via text. She has offered guidance and suggestions during this whole process. She is organized and things are progressing better than we anticipated. Our home buying experience and living in Village Glen have been wonderful! Wendy is a gem - she has been helpful every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to respond to our questions and either point us in the right direction or take care of it herself when we have needed something. The rest of the Khov team including Nick, Jake and Steve have been great and fulfilled commitments. The neighborhood is full of friendly families and we just love our home!!!
