Overall a great community.  One big negative right now.  Pickleball is a strong, active club with great members but the lack of courts is a concern. On busy mornings there are often 20 or more waiting for a court to open. If you love Pickleball just know that Four Seasons is a great place to live but the lack of Pickleball court space (compared to other 55 communities in the area) is a huge issue that is getting worse.

Looked at many over 55 communities. Typical entry was, "go through the models and if you have any questions, I'm here." That was, until Eban Pinto. Greeted us, brought us to his office, and asked specific question to identify what model would be best for our needs. Then walked us to the front door of that model. I asked, "Why are we outside? Answer? "I want you to know what it might feel like to enter your home." Talk about Services and Sales excellence! I paid cash to buy a house with this unprofessional builder on April 2024, the builder gave me port San Luci CO. the house is locate in palm beach garden. The vp Maria never wanted to do the repair jobs or this defective home by intimidate me and threaten me to sue the company. the house is not finished, the window was scratched, the floor was not even. the sliding door was wrong installed. We closed on our Hatteras Hills home in Nov. '23. Jerry Kernan is our contact and answer any question we had. We officially moved in July '24, and in that time frame Jerry always contacted us by phone or text just to say "HI". We really enjoy our now retirement home. Still getting used to being here. We are happy that we purchase here at "HH".

DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM! We have been waiting on a plumber now for over 4 months. I have suggested plumbers, make phone calls on a daily basis, etc. NO ONE calls me first. We had to extend our year loan AT LEAST an additional 6 months because nothing is getting done. There is NO COMMUNICATION, no management, and no one has any idea what is going on in the process. The worst experience of our life. I will NEVER work with the K. Hovnanian Greensburg office again.

so many items i had to contact the warranty department for. my hvac vents make weird ticking/knocking noise that they have yet to completely resolve. during construction the installers left grout stains in my shower pan and the service department manager will not fix it because it was not noted during the walk-through. i didnt notice it at the walk-through because the house was still dirty and hadnt been cleaned yet and it blended in with the dirt and dust. my siding fell off of my house, also had warped siding. siding is ma... read more
