I can't speak to the quality of your homes, but I am an expert on your team's failure to adhere to noise ordinances. Throughout this project, your team has started work as early as 4:30 am and continued as late as 11:30 pm. This morning, before 5 am, there were three concrete trucks and a team pouring slabs. My clients often work closely with Lisa, the sales representative from K Hovnanian Homes, and our experiences have been very positive.
Very average construction quality. This pricing per square foot should deliver better flooring and cabinetry. And asphalt shingle roofing, seriously??? Custom build pricing, track home finish.
