I specifically asked for a powder French tip, but instead Randy gave me a shellac French tip by using the white artificial tip and applying shellac over it. This was not what I requested. Once the service was finished, the French tips looked extremely bulky. Even another customer sitting next to me commented that the French tips looked too big. I politely asked if he could fix them. Tony did my pedicure and applied shellac polish to my toes. During the service, he was very aggressive when pulling on my toes and filing them, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also had to return the next day because the shellac polish started lifting almost immediately after I left the salon, indicating it was not cured properly under the UV light. Overall, I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I came in for a pedicure around 11 am. It wasn't too crowded and Mary was amazing. Didn't feel rushed and 10/10 on service.
