Birthday Nails Gone Wrong!?!?!? My nails were apparently given the freedom to go in any direction they felt like , and my toes? They only received one coat of polish. The charge $5 to use your card no matter how much you spend and will tell you that's because it's cash only so I'm not going back I was going to tip $20 but I got robbed for $5 never again 🤣 I'm calling visa and MasterCard on them this is illegal. And they rude as hell. Trying to tell me what to get with my money.
I specifically asked for a powder French tip, but instead Randy gave me a shellac French tip by using the white artificial tip and applying shellac over it. This was not what I requested. Once the service was finished, the French tips looked extremely bulky. Even another customer sitting next to me commented that the French tips looked too big. I politely asked if he could fix them. Tony did my pedicure and applied shellac polish to my toes. During the service, he was very aggressive when pulling on my toes and filing them, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also had to return the next day because the shellac polish started lifting almost immediately after I left the salon, indicating it was not cured properly under the UV light. Overall, I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
