I had a terrible experience with K&G Furniture and especially sales person or the owner of the store named Raffi. They delivered the WRONG order( we ordered plain colors NO pattern, but they delivered us chairs with honeycomb pattern) and insisted that was what we ordered from the catalog they showed us, and when we refused to accept it, they took the items back but still charged us a 30% restocking fee—even though it was their mistake!
