Dr Updike takes the time to listen your concerns with care. Very professional and meticulous.
Doctor was nice, but prescribed a topical treatment that was not effective. When I asked for the oral treatment, the office made me pay again and do a new exam with a nurse practitioner, just to get the same prescription but in oral form!
