This was my go to dentist for a few years now up until today. There’s nothing worst then receiving a statement bill a year later being responsible for charges that you had absolutely no idea 1. Your insurance didn’t cover and 2. That you even had on the radar. Why these people call me in February 2024 about a bill that was due way back in March 2023. I have since changed my mind about my 2 star review over a year ago.: see below at the end of this review. I have come to find that a lot of the mishaps that I had was due to miscommunication. Once the Dr. And I started working together things seemed to get better between he and I and the staff. He was very patient with me in communicating our next steps and the process of my treatment as well as informing the the staff of this process so that everyone is on the same page.
