I recently had a tooth abscess that sadly led to a root canal. The staff was very quick to get me in, and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yi and her assistant Michelle. They were so gentle and explained everything to me. I loved the massaging chair and the music is wonderful, it sure made me less anxious. The staff is always very pleasant and the office is very clean, which is always a major plus!

Nice, professional, courteous, and friendly staff. I didn't have to wait a long time in the waiting room. i am so glad i switched to this new dentist!! very satisfied!

How are you not going to allow a parent to be present for a minor patient's visit? That goes beyond irresponsibility, and opens your offices to a wide variety of litigation should something happen during a visit. Your policies need to seriously be reviewed and revised, not only as a business but as medical personnel. Parents avoid this office like the plague.

I go to the Middletown location, even though I live closer to the Centerville office. We ended up here by a mistake phone call but everyone here was so incredibly amazing over the phone that we decided to come here. I won't go anywhere else; they're amazing here!
