The windows are working as expected, which is great. The contractor who did the work however...let's just say I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for them to come back and finish the the touch ups. I was asked to sign off on the paperwork and he would come back 2 days later to finish everything off, guess we weren't important enough to remember.
I moved into a new dwelling, that was perfect.....except the windows. I could hardly move the sliding parts to open or close them. So, I made the decision to have every window in the house replaced. K-Designers came in and in a day and a half replaced every window, upstairs and down. The workman were efficient, pleasant, cordial and accommodating.
