Fraud. Please careful if hiring this attorney. He will leave you hire and dry. I thought you could trust your attorney but you can’t. He is only after one thing is your money . I had him for 18 months and charge me over 70;000.00 . And after that I still haven’t got my ex husband retirement accounts. He never filed a Qdro. When I went back to him to get he wanted to charge me 2,000.00 . For his incompetent. Really?
Awful experience! If there was less than 1 rating it would best suite those ruthless office. They only care about being righteous and charging you for their arrogance. Hard to tell which is worse; the red tape that is a cornerstone to these people, or the ineptitude with which they deal with even the most minor if proceedings. Dean pretends to know what is happening with your case, ... But he doesn't. The office staff and some of the lawyers are very unseasoned to say the least with the actualities of simple law procedures.... read more
As public service announcement- be advised that if you retain this lawyer you will be bogged down in red tape, and then pay for every inch of that tape! They are pirates pretending to be substantial, with just some Tampa bay magazine "claim to fame". If it were possible to leave less than one star that would be the best to describe this menace to the people, the people, that unfortunately are most in need and in hours of despair.
