Great practioners but their new billing is so bad. I have been fighting them for 6 months on a routine pair of glasses that should her been covered at 100% but because of bad billing practices I'm stuck with $300 bill. Regence tried working with them but their billing won't correct anything. We won't be coming back.
Their optical department is the worst ever! I was supposed to get back my kiddo's glasses on Monday. But, I do not hear back from them, no call, no text, no email. When I show up, I was literally yelled at. She interrupted me and stormed out and was extremely rude.. She could just have said, "we aren't done with it yet, can you make an appointment for a later time". One year ago, same thing happened with the same lady. Dr. Heydar, is patient and kind. She has been so helpful to our autistic son.

My daughter has seen Dr. Heidar since she was 18 months old. She had her first surgery 6 months ago (She's 5 BTW) and is doing great! I can't praise this office enough! From the ease of scheduling, the team at the office, as well as the amazing Dr. Heidar! I can't recommend them enough!
