They called to discuss quote for the cleaning almost instantly. The work was performed on the day scheduled and to a high standard. I will use this service again.

very good cleaning. could have used a helper to clean. very courteous, and professional and communicated everything to me. Told me what was expected and delivered on it

Jill (the owner) is an angel. However, I had crystal cleaning for me and let me say she has to improve a lot. Over the course of ten months or so she cleaned my house every other week and I feel she became worse and worse. Careless, lazy, bad attitude.
I didn't feel they did a very thorough job at all - found dirt in the bathrooms, dust under the microwave. Found out later that one of the lady's sons were ill, and she felt rushed. I wish she would have called me and postponed the cleaning for another time.
She was very efficient and did an excellent job.

The two ladies who cleaned did a great job. There was a lot to clean in my house and they worked constantly. I do think it is a little pricey: $60/hr for two people, $40/hr for one person, but I don't really know what the going rates are. This is the first time I've had my house cleaned. And as I said, my house looked and smelled much better.
