I had to go through the house and clean AFTER they had cleaned. Spiderwebs/cobwebs everywhere still, dusty, did not do the job to my satisfaction. Will not use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
The house was not cleaned very well. My husband had to go over the hardwood floors and vacuuming and the countertops/cabinets. After speaking with the owner, our rate has reduced by half. As far as convenience as saving time, that was not our experience.

My lady is very neat,does a good job, very polite always arrives on time,always look for something more to clean, agreable to converse with but always stay focuse on her job. We would recommend her to friends.
It was fine until the employee branched out on her own. She left me high and dry, she just stopped coming and wouldn't return phone calls.
I am heading into the holiday season with a happy heart. Gina has my home 99.9% sparkling clean and ready for decorations. She has cleaned under, over, on, around and thru just about every thing in my home. When she leaves I find little "Gina" touches sprinkled thu out my home. She makes me very happy and gives me free time to explore the boxes in the basement that hold my Mothers precious legecy to me. K C's Customized Cleaning AND GINA is a gift I have given myself. THANK YOU! Treat yourself--I highly recommend Gina.
