It was a very good experience. Kclips Salon is my regular Salon. So they know exactly how I like my hair cut.
On June 2, 2025, I received a hair coloring service at K-Chips Salon. Unfortunately, the stylist used poor-quality products that caused severe dryness and damage to my hair. Additionally, the haircut I received was uneven and not visibly styled. I did not receive the color I requested, and my hair condition has deteriorated significantly since the appointment. I am very disappointed with the service and would like this complaint to be investigated. Please please don't trust them
