I called K. Bell about helping repair a recert system that they installed in my home in 2004/5. I called at 10:05 on 11/8/2017. I was told that they could not help for 6-7 weeks. I asked if I could book an appointment at a later date. I was told "NO". I asked could I call in 3 weeks and then make the appointment - was also told no again.
