If you’re closed on any holiday you should make sure it’s on the website whitin the hours that’s listed it’s common sense especially for a business. It would save us customers a drive and drive to a different location that’s more reliable. I’ve been at this location many years and they always slack on their hours.

Store says it opens at 9:00 but isn’t opened at all and I drove all this way for nothing

Very disappointed in this place. I showed up at 9am to get supplies. I waited 30 minutes past 9am and they still hadn't opened the store. 3 other people came while I was waiting and decided to leave. This is very bad for business.

When looking at their various bonnets, I asked if I could take it out the box to see if it was big enough. The employee immediately says it is big enough for braids (not even in my head at the time mind you). She pulls it out for me eventually & it isn’t big enough, she then tells me to get a cap for dreadlocs… doesn’t let me see this one out of the packaging & but says “this is jumbo it will fit all your braids”.
