I loved this place even on my first visit. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. One of the sweet ladies recommended me some products as I was not familiar enough with the things I needed as per my skin. So far after using them- I am extremely satisfied. Also, the product offerings are huge and well displayed. If you are K- beauty fan or you want to explore, you myst visit the store.

Two girls working the counter got super quite when my friend and I walked in. There energy completely shifted and they stared at us while we were shopping for the entire time as if we were going to steal. Was checking out and the workers were friendly and kind to the white lady in front of us. It was my turn, I had a question about the product I was buying and girl working the register gave me an attitude and scanned the product without even confirming I wanted it. I have no prior skincare knowledge so I had so many questions but Ivy was so patient and helpful, she even helped me picked out a whole routine! Great store, super organized. Love the bright lights too!
