Two girls working the counter got super quite when my friend and I walked in. There energy completely shifted and they stared at us while we were shopping for the entire time as if we were going to steal. Was checking out and the workers were friendly and kind to the white lady in front of us. I have no prior skincare knowledge so I had so many questions but Ivy was so patient and helpful, she even helped me picked out a whole routine! Great store, super organized. Love the bright lights too!
