Finally found this place again though Google maps, and my experience from a year ago matches the experiences of other poc. If you're not white or east Asian, they will be very unfriendly and will not help you! The girl at the desk did not help me or ask if I needed help after asking all the white and east Asian people around me. I was there for awhile to Google the products and she just told me I had been there awhile and pretty much told me I had to leave. She made the most disgusted face when I asked for advice. I love their affordable face masks!!! These are great for a small gift to coworkers & guests.
A store full of Korean products in the middle of Philadelphia's Chinatown, with lots of items we love and super polite, friendly, attentive, and kind saleswomen. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and received excellent service! I loved it. Thank you, ladies, you were fantastic.
