I can't speak highly enough of Adam, Chelsea, and Gaelen. They helped me purchase a home in 2021 and then sell it in 2024. Both the purchase and the sale were complicated by everything from fluctuating markets to West County septic, well, and permits. I have used KB Properties twice and was thoroughly satisfied with their work. I sold a home in Sebastopol with their help and then bought a condominium. Five years later they helped me sell that condominium when I moved to WA last year. Adam and Chelsea are very professional and know their business well. We can't say enough good things about Chelsea, Gaelen and Adam. We were moving to West County from out of town and their deep knowledge of the area was invaluable in helping us find the perfect neighborhood and home. They are professional, supportive and proactive in their approach. They went above and beyond during each phase of the process, especially when we were trying to close during the holidays, and they pulled out the stops to make sure we closed on time.
