Technician was super knowledgeable, had the required parts in his van and had the job done quick and clean in a reasonable length of time. Technician offered tips and advice moving forward and explained various potential reasons for the failure and procedures to follow in the future. Great work!

We purchased a new Lennox furnace and a/c from kb just over a year ago. Even though KB and the Lennox system wasn’t the cheapest quote, we decided to spend a little more for the promise of a better warranty and better service. We had issues with cooling last summer.
