Always great to have the staff at KB to come and do some work on our home! From assessment to estimate to completion! 5 out of 5 for sure! We had our unit heater changed recently and it went smoothly. The guys were clean and appreciative to come out! We recently had a new ac installed and we could not be more pleased with the crew they sent out from the first service call to assess what we needed to the office staff who quoted and did the scheduling to the completion. Excellent customer service and support
Update... I spoke with the owner/mgr? of KB thinking maybe he cared at least about how his staff ignored an active gas leak...he didn't. He was rude, condescending and even went so far as to deny accountability for ALL of the things I mentioned. Thankfully, the new home warranty program says differently and have allowed a claim for fixing the ensuite issues that KB created. -------- I built a home with VanArbor (not the best choice) and they use KB...exclusively. I wanted to say thank you to KB heating and their whole team. I recently had a furnace replaced by them and from the very beginning, from quoting, scheduling and the install, everything was very seamless. The installers were great, they were on time, efficient and communicated very well. KB’s follow up and attention to detail was second to none. Thanks KB.
I am extremely pleased with the installation of the new furnace and ac by K&B.The workers were prompt, courteous and completed the job as quoted. I highly recommend K&B.
