We purchased a new Lennox furnace and a/c from kb just over a year ago. Even though KB and the Lennox system wasn’t the cheapest quote, we decided to spend a little more for the promise of a better warranty and better service. We had issues with cooling last summer. Great service, thorough and communicated really well while here doing work.
KB's service technician Tim arrived on time, explained the cleaning process then got to work. He was courteous at all times. Based on the amount of dirt and debrise removed from our ducts, he was very thorough. The invoice presented was for exactly the amount of the estimate. We are very pleased with the service and the results.
Prompt service! Great outcome! Provided multiple options with zero pressure. He left the sink and counter in immaculate condition once repairs were done. Great job overall!
