Been chasing this place for an update on a shower door order for nearly 2 weeks and haven't had any replies to my emails. Received the quote, confirmed I was happy to pay and haven't had a single reply to my follow up emails.If Avonlea plan to outsource parts to third party companies, the least they could do is ensure reliable service to their aftermarket customers.
Right from the initial phone call, everyone I spoke with was friendly and very transparent about what to expect for cost/fees, which I appreciated. The guys were at my home within a few hours, had diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and had it installed in a few more hours. The total invoice came to less than what they quoted. It’s never fun to have to pay for repairs, but it’s nice when everything is done quickly, cleanly, and under budget.
When my very old furnace no longer worked in the frigid cold, a tech came promptly and diagnosed the problem. Courtney came with prompt friendly service for a quote. The new furnace was installed with very knowledgeable staff in a timely and efficient manner. Would highly recommend
