Getting it fixed again for the second time this year. Techs are great, friendly and helpful. However, one in particular likes to play with a customer's thermostat & program it higher than normal. Leave it alone!! Calling a customer to notify them when there coming, last 2 times, it hasnt happened. As for the office girl, Apr. 7, 2025, she was argumentative and rude. Excellent service from KB office and personnel who came to the house.
These new furnaces suck! Getting it fixed again for the second time this year. Techs are great, friendly and helpful. The office girls are lovely. But there should be some customer discount if they end up having to come multiple times within the same year to fix the same ongoing problems. The after hours/oncall fee is a bit much especially when it's a life line to staying warm in the winter. I get that companies need a way to make money too, but it's a lot to expect a customer to dish out that kind of money in order to stay ... read more
