Had a NG heater in my garage and back deck gasoline installed. Very reasonable quote and process was explained very well. Received an appointment to accommodate my schedule and extremely professional installers, Jessie was very detailed and professional and would recommend him without hesitation.
This company charged us 4 and a half hour to diagnose and put in a new thermostat, plus travel time. almost $1000. No codes, no issues, just the thermostat. I was happy that he seemed thorough. But come on now. ***All I'm saying is to charge for travel ($132.50), and then to hide a second "travel Labor" ($270.00) under "service labor" is unscrupulous. I could write a short novel about my family’s recent experience with a KB technician, but I’ll keep this concise. During our service call, the technician pushed a family member out of his way, accused us of being dishonest, and dismissed our concerns as not an emergency without letting us fully and clearly explain the issue. If our furnace had not been installed by this company, we would have sought service elsewhere immediately.
