Great staff, very knowledgeable friendly and just like a detective they found the problem that had been puzzling us for a while . I have called them on Chtistms Eve Christmas Day Sundays and they have always responded to to my emergencies.
Quality work and a great price. The quote was detailed and the total was about 1k under my budget. Inspector walked through and agreed that it was a good install.
Prompt response, knowledgeable staff, and took the time to educate me regarding the issue I encountered and how to prevent it.

In the extreme cold my furnace stopped lighting. I was not sure how long it would take to get a technician to the house as I was placed in the queue. Within 2.5 hours there was someone at the house and he worked diligently on the furnace and knew exactly what needed done. The furnace was back heating the house within 20 minutes. KB has always been my “go to” since I moved to Lethbridge and once again they did not disappoint!
