My husband and I have used Story on our last two homes. Both experiences could not have gone better, the design and construction were seamless and having all the design and construction team members working together made life so much easier. We were never surprised, communication was excellent, the Story team was always prepared with solutions to whatever challenges there were. We’ve completed several new builds and remodels as we’ve moved around the country, and our experience with Story on this major remodel stands above the rest. They made the entire process easy and well-managed from start to finish. Kacie and Stacy and Teresa were a delight to work with, and the rest of the team was consistently focused on making sure we understood what was coming next and that we were as comfortable as possible while living in a small corner of the house during construction.

My customer use this company. They sold them chair upholstery as wallpaper. When my customer tried to return a the wrong material, they quickly tried to make it seem like I was the one who was inexperienced. Well I’d like for them to know I’ve been installing wallpaper for over 20 years and not once have I seen someone make such a childish mistake and then try to blame the installer. Lmao good try. But not on my watch.
