Put in a fence or partially put in a fence for us. Left a 5 in gaping hole between our fence and the neighbor's fence. I have 2 small dogs that run right through it. This is not the biggest problem. They hit a fiber optic cable and quit, told my husband to give them a call when it was fixed. This left part of our neighborhood without phone, Internet, and cable for 4 days. Overall, the price was fair and the quality of fence was good. We were disappointed with the timeliness for completing the fence. Originally, we were informed the fence would be completed in only four hours; the work has expanded over five days. There is a gap at the bottom of the fence, as our ground slopped upwards toward the house. The worker informed us that he would keep the top of the fence straight, but could not help with the gap that would be at the bottom of the fence. Joanna. Sorry I am working at the firehouse today. So am I just trying to figure out what is going on. It's my understanding that you maybe have an older home and the crew tried to anchor into the house and our traditional methods of anchoring did not hold. So the crew had to contact my business partner to figure out an alternative anchoring method. I was told they had to use an epoxy that takes at least 4 hours to set up. Great job on our fence. Fair price and very good work. Our yard is a lot of ups and downs and they did a great job. We were told our beagle would not get out. He got out the first night. They came out and lowered it and put more ties on. So far so good and it really looks nice Going to recommend to all our friends and maybe due our deck enclosure
