I'm working on a small repair on my chain link fence and K and K we're so helpful! Tagg talked through my project with me, gave me some suggestions, and dug some old parts out from the back to help me out! Thanks guys - really great service!
Terrible experience with this company. The sales rep (Zach) said they will file permits with the city/town and I had to take care of the HOA, which I did. Two days prior to construction (after we called him twice) he called and said that was his error and they don't file permits at all so I had to. I did, it pushed construction back 1.5 weeks. 7/22: the owner stopped by, but we never heard back from anyone else. Had I not known someone who knew him, we’d be SOL. He’s the only reason we’re moving forward. 7/14: I didn't want to write a review, but until we get a resolution or some communication, I will leave this here as is. We had a quote done by Zach on our property and the fence layout was confirmed around our pool and that our two big trees would not be an issue. Highly recommend this company! From the office manager and staff to the estimator and install crew. Very friendly and professional. Always prompt and responsive. The crew was outstanding. Fast yet great quality. I had about 116’ of chain link replaced by six foot horizontal shadow box after a garage was built. Great job K&K!
Extremely RUDE!! Tore up an 8” drain line and refused to take any responsibility. Acted like a bunch of thugs when I asked them to fix it. Very unprofessional to drive over and tear up a drain while drilling the holes for fence posts. ILL NEVER USE THE CLOWNS AGAIN, REGRET.
