Horrific groomer. Karen who supposedly been doing this for years, butchered my 6 month old puppy. Cuts under his eyes and underarms, plus shaved his legs and sides and 2 months later hair still hasn,t grown at all. 2 visits to the vet so far, infections, puppy suffering and his once beautiful maltese coat destroyed. Stay away.

Jackie, when I was grooming your dog you were sitting with him, you would have known if I cut him You watched everything I did to your dog. You also waited 2 weeks to tell me there was a problem then took him to the vet 3 weeks later. I just saw his picture posted on your site dated june 29, he looks fully coated. I stand benind my work and when you left my office you were very pleased. So I do not know what happened to him or why you did not tell me right away .
They butchered my puppy Yorkie. He was unevenly cut and they took his entire coat off. Stay clear of this place.

I just got my Shih tzu puppy this morning. What a doll baby. I named him Charlie Mac. Likes to be held and snuggled, all 3 lbs of him.
I have been taking my dogs to Karen for over 20 yrs and have always been happy with the way she cares for my dogs and keeps them looking beautiful! I also recently bought one of Karen's puppies and he is the healthiest and well adjusted dogs I have ever had.

Our Ginger is a reactive Sheltie who goes nuts when any motor starts up. This includes blenders, vacuums, and hair dryers. A dryer cage just doesn't work for her. Karen hand drys her and makes it "snow" in the grooming room. Because of Ginger's thick top, middle, and undercoats, it's a lot of fur to get through! When Karen gets finished our dog is half the size! We are so pleased to have found a groomer with the skill and patience to give Ginger the thorough service that she needs and deserves.
