I've had my Aussie groomed by Jennifer and her staff a few times since moving to the area and I have been very impressed at the work they have done. He always comes home sparkling clean and looking beautiful.

When my wife brought our Coton de Tuelear home from K9 Designs, I have never been more shocked. He had been completely shaved! Closely shaved to the skin. It is horrible. Even the shaving was uneven. Unlike most other dogs, Cotons do not have fur. Their coats are close to human hair. There was no reason for this treatment. Our dog was NOT heavily matted. Hi Samuel, I spoke to Tiffany, my salon manager when I am gone, and she filled me in on the situation. I am sorry Henry did not receive the groom that you desired. I was not there to personally feel Henry's coat, but my groomers preform a variety of different grooms (long and short) on a daily basis and are very knowledgeable on coats, care, proper grooming for each breed, and each groomer tries to make educated decisions for each dog.
