Best Dog Groomers in Battle Creek. Couldn't have a more Caring person groom your dogs. Betsy has groomed my dogs for years and there has been times I have had to cancel and reschedule she is more than willing to Work with you and your schedule.
I think she does a wonderful job! She's great with my dogs!! Never had any problems. They always look awesome and and are treated very well. When you take your dogs to K9 design you know that they will be taken care of! Can't say that about the other places here in town

Thank you for bringing to my attention the concerns over Mr Barrix missed appointments. In the service industry no call/no show appointments are lost revenue, never easy to resolve and yes unfortunately feelings do get hurt. I did in fact go against my policy in Mr. Barrix case. The very first appointment he made for Apollo on October 26, 2016 he did not show up for or call to tell me he was not coming.
