Ariel was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. He made the whole process of finding my apartment seamless and efficient. Ariel was the most professional agent I have ever met. He completely explained the whole process at the time I first called him. The process seemed weird to me because he asked for a 25$ touring fee and another 1000$ prior to the approval of application. However, I asked some of my friends who had worked with him previously and decided to trust him. Everything went well, the process was clean, professional and straightforward. Thank you, Ariel.
