Update: August 11, 2025 Stopped by this location today to pick up a few items and was warmly greeted by Yoan, such a kind and friendly approach. The store was bright, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. When I got to the cash register, Yoan helped me again, and he was just as polite, very kind and genuinely sweet. A great place for inexpensive decor pieces. I purchased some really cool wall hangings here. Large sizes and at good prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available close by and the store never seems too crowded. Everything from bedding to candles and furniture and more. Not a huge store but easy to shop. Update to my previous review.. Great problem solving skills and service from Travina!
Recently ordered few furnitures and they failed to deliver on time as discussed during scheduling. Rude customer service with no idea about deliveries. The store manager could not provide any details about the delivery and kept talking over being rude. Is this how you provide customer service to people buying furnitures from you?
