I read these reviews while I was in the waiting room. I was a little worried but open minded. I found the staff to be nice, but I was definitely not impressed with the doctor. I went in with specific neurological symptoms and issues visible on an MRI. She mostly brushed those under the rug and was left feeling angry, my time was wasted, and that she didn't understand, wasn't prepared, or was in over her head. I'll be finding a new doctor.
Awful experience
Felt her recommendation was just trying to get me to spend more money/insurance at Columbus Health. Felt like I was being cross sold services I didnt need. Felt it was about how much money she was making. Didn’t feel comfortable. Staff is horrible andcondensending.
Office staff rude and short. Not a good impression so went elsewhere. Felt unimportant.
Counts on assistant to handle scheduling and insurance approvals without not much oversight. Assistants lack of prompt follow through results in patient suffering. When Dr is on vacation assistant and on call doctor reluctant to do anything but offer an aspirin. Migraines every day can be debilitating and my experience with this doctor and staff has been disappointing.
