Just moved to Oregon and found Julie—so glad I did. I’ve worn NBR extensions for the past five years and recently transitioned to IBE, and I’m really impressed. It looks much more natural, especially in a ponytail, and the installation method feels significantly lighter and gentler on my hair. The icing on the cake: I genuinely think this is the best color I’ve ever had.
Fabulous, fabulous!!!!! I moved back to Portland after being gone 10 yrs. My stylist had to cancel my extension maintenance appt due to a family emergency. I found Juli! She went out of her way to accommodate me and then did such a beautiful job I felt relieved and lucky that I found her. I would greatly recommend Juli if you want to look gorgeous!!!
Juli made my hair look and feel great! She takes her time to make it perfect. In one session she was able to achieve the blonde I’ve been trying to get for months. Her extension method is so clean and comfortable. She really knows what she is doing and was able to work with my budget and give me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her services!
