This company is a slum lord! Some of their rentals properties are horrible. The apartments off Arlington expressway is a dump yet that rent is high and I still can’t see why they are still renting apartments in the complex. You pull in and you look at units with the roof missing leaking water into other apartments and mold mildew. I personally would never rent from this company so please beware and do your homework. The service is Gucci mane
An agent Chris Massey does not respond. We had an investment team fly into Atlanta to look at a property and bring jobs. After scheduling and the team arrived in Atlanta JWB never showed up. When they called, he said he couldn’t make it. After our Team waited for almost one hour. Our advice is to run away from this company as they do not value buyers or management of the properties they manage.
