I have had a mixed experience as a client here and would not reccommend this salon. After my first visit with Frances for color correction I had to return for more correction within a few days. The second time it was right and we've established what I consider to be a good hair relationship. But now I have had two very unpleasant conversations with the owner who states that I MUST ALLOW HER TO DO MY HAIR IN ORDER FOR ME TO CONTINUE BEING A CLIENT AT THE SALON?!#!??? If I could do 10 stars I would. I came into JW after receiving an awful hair cut from Roots Southern Salon. Francis took the time to listen, really look and access the damage to fix it the best she could. It is hard to trust someone you’ve never had before especially after a bad experience, but Francis is the reason I don’t have to wear my hair up for the next year. Below you can see a before and after picture! If you’re on the fence about trying someone new I would highly recommend JW, they know what they are doing.
I was able to make a last minute updo appointment for a wedding and Madeline did an amazing job on my hair!!

JW Salon's work speaks for itself, but if I can lend a voice, I would have to say the salon is AMAZING! The entire salon is full of super supportive, wonderful staff - they make you feel like the queen you are. The salon it's self is beautiful and from start to finish you'll be completely taken care of ... The experience and passion for learning that Averil brings will knock you off your seat - my hair is particularly unruly / evil, and she (and the supportive team) had me red carpet ready in less than 30 min. Unreal.
