This place is a joke. The people were a joke and never helped my father. He had had an accident in the waiting room and they NEVER cleaned him. My mother went to go in and clean him up. They told her she usually wouldn’t be allowed in but they would make an exception. They treated my mom and my mom threw a fit. Absolutely joke and there are people in there who were still waiting to be seen AFTER 5+ hours. The guards were insanely rude and were very selfish.

I'm 52 years old and in that time I've been in a dozen hospitals multiple times and this place is the absolute slowest hospital I have ever been too. Worst part is they don't care if you complain or leave a bad review. It would take an act of God to get them to change. Three people in the ER and waited 3 hours to be seen. Ridiculous
Went to this ER about 4 years ago. Just realized that there's a place I can leave a review. I was experiencing severe, debilitating kidney pain. Upon entering the ER, I was promptly able to sit down with the admitting lady. She asked what was wrong. I told her, and told her the cause. Ketamine abuse (sober for 3 years now). She wrote "back pain". When the doctor saw me they said the pain would subside and put me in the drunk room for 4 hours. Maybe thought I was trying to get drugs, idk.
