Several issues were not addressed/inspected before my check-in: the AC was not working in 90F weather (later discovered it was simply left switched off, but NO ONE identified this before sending technician second day after check-in), the AC filter was extremely dusty and had not been replaced, the wall WiFi outlet in the living room was broken, a window switch was broken, and one bathroom bulb was out.
