This is the second year in a row that JW has had to reschedule my appointments for my annual air conditioning inspections. They say that it is due to the high number of service calls that take priority over my annual inspections. While I understand the need to take care of higher priority appointments, it is so annoying. I won't hold my breath that they will actually show up for the next scheduled appointment now postponed to next month. Made appointment 2 days ago for today at 12pm, at 11am they texted saying they were delayed until 4pm,then texted saying delayed again until 7pm. I'll get someone else who will show up to their appointments

Great company and great service. Every interaction, every employee I’ve met, has been outstanding. Update: almost 5 years later and I stand by my original review. This is a very customer oriented company, but you can tell that they treat their employees very well too. Everyone has a great attitude and are skilled in their jobs. JW originally installed a new heat/ac unit and fixed some substantial ductwork problems that came with our house. Tried calling to get plumbing out for home, the lady hung up on me, really unprofessional.
