Nick put 20% auto gratuity on my pool drink bill because I was a resort pass day pass holder … despite our party only being 3 people. Entitled.

One of the best if not top Marriott properties in Phoenix. Sacrificing high room floors of a normal marriott property, you get either a first or second floor room. My room was well air conditioned, and was cleaned and prepared everyday by staff beyond what I normally see. The property restaurants were also very accommodating and delicious food.
