They care nothing about the tenants, only that they get rent on time! My apartment flooded while I was out of town, almost a month ago. Renter's insurance was going to cover everything until the owner didn't do his part and the apartment grew mold... everywhere! I'm just being told different dates, each later than the other, as to when the contractor can start. They don't even care the mold is IN the sheet rock!!
Absolutely the worst management company I have ever seen. Complete failure to follow laws. I would never recommend chosing them. You will be stuck living in unsafe conditions and constant failure to address issues.
