I had an amazing experience touring at Juxt Apartments! It’s such a beautiful community with lots to offer. Beautiful views of the water and the staff is so friendly! The Assistant Property Manager, Tanis was so beyond helpful and so knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this community to everyone!
It was great for our first two years here, but then things have been going pretty downhill in the past year. Break-ins, thefts, safety issues, and most recently, we have been out of hot water for weeks, even when it was freezing cold outside. Will move out after our lease is done!
If you were thinking of living here, be aware, we have been without hot water for over a week and it’ll still be another week at best before it’ll be fixed. Issues like this are not uncommon at Juxt.
