Why do y’all use your employees cars and don’t even give the adequate compensation?? Horrible how this business works.
My grandson used their services its the highers ups that are rude and uncaring. They terminated his services with no explanation then told the therapist but didn’t bother to inform the parent... One good thing was B he was wonderful with my grandson. Its his supervisor that doesn't listen to your concerns. When you ask to have a new supervisor is when that cancel services....
1.) Un clear guidance and communication for me to do my job effectively with new client prior to session. 2.) Company protocol was not taken into consideration with new client prior to session 3.) Indifferent response to my concerns as a brand new employee. I made attempts to rectify these situation. there were too many red flags being shown within the company to want to more forward with employment.
