Juvi is the Best I just had another wonderful experience with Juvi hair spa. Due to changes in my schedule, I had to come 45 minutes early and I was prepared to wait, but to my surprise, Amber was able to get me started early and also got me out early! Thanks Amber! Class Act I have been going to Juvi Hair Spa since I moved to Charlotte four years ago and would never imagine going anywhere else. My stylist Amber Ellis truly cares about the health of your hair. She convinced me that with a little TLC my hair no longer needed a relaxer and it has been thriving ever since. (I get compliments on my hair often) Her time management skills are impeccable. Great Experience!! I had a wonderful experience at Juvi's! Monique did a beautiful job and I noticed all of the stylists have very healthy hair. My hair looked and felt awesome. My first service was a perm, color and style. What an awesome job, plus I didn't have to wait a long time for service and I had her full attention which I really appreciated; They don't do business like an assembly line. I loved it so much that I will return!
B. Jordan This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever seen to have not even stepped my foot into the front door. I called to make an appointment with dominique, and she asked me so many questions on how I was referred to the salon like I was the police; then I asked her to schedule an appointment I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. This salon has terrible customer service to bad I will never call back to see the actual hair design services.
