The salon Juvi overall embodies a nice concept. However, the stylist Dominique is horrible. Her customer service and attitude sucks. When I called to schedule an appointment she kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the phone in my face. On another occasion, I left a message for her to call me back and she did almost 2 weeks later. The timer concept for keeping the hair relaxer on the hair is by the book however hair textures differ and only leaving the relaxer on for 10 minutes will not straighten very coarse text... read more

Try it, you'll LOVE it! I had become a "bathroom beautician" as my sister described it because I couldn't find a salon that respected my hair care goals. Then when I decided to transition from a relaxer to a straight, natural style--my stylist at the time basically laughed at me, gave me a relaxer and a trim, charged me $80 and she saw me for the last time. Juvi is the Best I just had another wonderful experience with Juvi hair spa. Due to changes in my schedule, I had to come 45 minutes early and I was prepared to wait, but to my surprise, Amber was able to get me started early and also got me out early! Thanks Amber! Class Act I have been going to Juvi Hair Spa since I moved to Charlotte four years ago and would never imagine going anywhere else. My stylist Amber Ellis truly cares about the health of your hair. She convinced me that with a little TLC my hair no longer needed a relaxer and it has been thriving ever since. (I get compliments on my hair often) Her time management skills are impeccable. High Quality Hair Care I was in Charlotte for 3 years bouncing from salon to salon. When I started going to Juvi Hair Spa almost 2 years ago I knew I had found the salon to care for my hair. Amber is the best hair stylist I have ever had and I have had some good ones prior to moving to Charlotte.
