This place is absolutely awful. Cockroaches when we moved in. Tried to evict me the 1st week when I let them know it wasn't acceptable. Tried to say it was us that brought them. I have audio on everything. Over 3 hours. Get a mini recorder people. This is what will help on my case! I have lived at a Justus property for almost 10 years now. They recently bought this property a few years ago. I have a gutter above my front door that has been clogged and backed up for several years now and it's getting worse as the years go by. It's so bad its a literal waterfall every single time we get a storm and heavy downpour I cannot go outside or inside from my vehicle without getting completely soaked.
